This is a part-time role requiring less than 4 hours of your commitment per day, offering flexibility to balance work with your personal commitments.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position is preferred.
Fast typing skills; knowledge of touch typing system is a plus.
Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in English; both written and verbal communication.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Responsibilities
Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files, and forms.
Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
Update and retrieve data as needed.
Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry.
Review data for errors or deficiencies and correct incompatibilities.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Adhere to data entry procedures and techniques.
