Delta Air Lines is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Specialist to join our team. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the airline or travel industry.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Assist customers with booking, changing, and canceling flights, as well as other travel-related services.
Resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating to higher levels when necessary.
Provide customers with accurate information regarding Delta’s policies, services, and promotions.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a cohesive customer service experience.
