Your Role: Data Entry Specialist As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data entry processes. Your primary responsibilities will include: Accurately entering data into the QuickClaim system using a constant supply of images Identifying document types based on the provided documentation Reviewing and verifying entered data to ensure it meets or exceeds quality requirements Maintaining the confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA standards Interacting professionally with other staff members as needed Making recommendations for process improvements or enhancements Completing all tasks assigned for the day Performing other basic office duties as required What We're Looking For To excel as a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you should possess: A self-motivated attitude with a strong work ethic The ability to multitask and work efficiently High attention to detail coupled with efficiency The capacity to learn quickly and follow instructions when needed The ability to maintain confidentiality of client data Proficiency in reading and speaking English A typing speed of at least 50 WPM with 95% accuracy on the WPM Typing Test A typing speed of at least 4,500 KPH with 95% accuracy on the KPH Typing Test Preferred Qualifications While the above skills are essential, having experience in a data entry role, particularly in the healthcare industry, can be a significant plus.
