Your primary objective will be to ensure that our databases are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible. This involves not only data entry but also identifying and correcting errors, as well as collaborating with relevant parties to resolve any discrepancies. Key Responsibilities Gather reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and clients, and ensure that the data is accurate and complete. Scan through information to identify pertinent details, correct errors, and organize the data in a manner that facilitates swift and accurate capturing. Create accurate spreadsheets and enter data into relevant databases, ensuring that the information is backed up and easily retrievable. Inform relevant parties regarding errors encountered during data entry and work collaboratively to resolve any discrepancies. Store hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval and maintain confidentiality. Handle additional duties as assigned from time to time, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities. Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications: A High School Diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education. At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field, such as data entry, administration, or customer service, showcasing your ability to work with data and interact with various stakeholders. Good command of English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with colleagues and clients. Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel, to create and edit documents and spreadsheets. Proficient touch typing skills to efficiently enter data into our databases.
