Job Description We are looking for someone who is motivated, thrives in a business atmosphere, and enjoys working as a part of a team. The ideal candidate for this position is detail oriented, focused, organized, and able to provide superior customer service. Qualifications • High degree of proficiency and proven past experience in the areas of data entry using software, online portals, spreadsheets, etc. • Previous experience with ERP software • Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Attention to detail and excellent time management skills • Experience in a customer service and order processing environment preferred • Work in person in an office setting with sitting, standing, walking, answering the phone, using computers, and lifting office boxes • Ability to follow written, audio, visual, and verbal directions. • Masks may be required in common areas pending current local health department guidelines • Clock in/out on Browser based time clock • Attendance Policy • Drug and Alcohol Policy • Communication Policy Additional Information • Collect, process, and analyze data from various sources • Prepare reports and visualizations to present findings to internal teams • Support business decisions with data-driven insights • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs • Maintain and update dashboards for ongoing performance tracking Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
