Your primary responsibilities will include: ### Key Responsibilities * Learn and master our software product, ensuring a deep understanding of its features and functionality * Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner * Collaborate with the development team to identify and report product defects, providing valuable feedback to enhance the user experience * Contribute to the creation and maintenance of comprehensive help center documentation, ensuring that customers have easy access to relevant information * Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices ### Essential Qualifications * Fluency in native-like English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills * Familiarity with software products, web hosting services, and online course platforms (preferably with experience in at least one of these areas) * Basic understanding of DNS concepts, including CNAME and CAA DNS records (desirable but not essential) ### Preferred Qualifications * Previous experience in customer support or a related field * Knowledge of online course platforms, software products, and web hosting services * Familiarity with DNS setup and configuration ### Job Perks and Conditions * Competitive monthly salary of $300 USD (negotiable) * Full-time freelance position, with flexible scheduling and the ability to work from home * Remote work arrangement, allowing you to work in your own timezone * 8 hours of work per day, with flexibility to adjust your schedule as needed * 20 days of paid leave per year, with the option to take additional time off with prior approval * Opportunities for career growth and professional development within arenaflex ### How to Apply If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for online learning, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
