As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the frontline ambassador of our brand, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer communications across various channels (phone, email, letters) in an accurate, prompt, and effective manner. Resolve complex customer complaints and issues using problem-solving and negotiation skills, often requiring collaboration with various levels of management and home office personnel. Document customer interactions and store information in our call tracking system to ensure seamless follow-up and issue resolution. Promote a positive image of blithequark through every customer interaction, aligning with our customer service objectives and mission statement. Craft personalized responses to customer letters and emails, and maintain assigned reports to track customer service metrics. Update customer information for our Loyalty Program, including address changes and reward points adjustments as necessary. Manage social media customer service issues with sound judgment, adhering to brand policies and escalation procedures. Multi-task in a fast-paced environment, handling a high volume of inbound customer content across different channels. Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need: 1 to 3 years of experience in retail customer service or a call center environment, with a proven track record of conflict management. A flexible mindset with a strong orientation towards conflict resolution and customer satisfaction. Excellent listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns. The ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills to craft clear, concise, and friendly responses to customer inquiries. Proficiency in PC operations and typing skills for efficient data entry and communication. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications can enhance your application: Experience with customer service software and call tracking systems. Familiarity with social media platforms and their role in customer service. Previous experience working in a remote or flexible work environment.
