Requirements
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
– Ability to handle stressful situations professionally
– Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software
– Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
– Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
