Your primary responsibilities will include handling customer service tasks such as answering calls, responding to emails, and assisting customers through social media channels. We're looking for individuals with excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory. You should be proficient in using technology, including computers and CRM systems, and have the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
