Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. Required Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong customer-centric focus with a genuine desire to assist and satisfy customers. Patience and the ability to handle challenging customer interactions with grace. Problem-solving skills and the capacity to think on your feet. Adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. Strong computer proficiency and the ability to navigate multiple software systems. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
