About the Role As a Concierge Associate at blithequark, you'll be the voice of our company, delivering top-notch service to our members via phone, chat, and email. Your primary focus will be helping members navigate their healthcare benefits and find the right providers for their needs. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about providing quality service, solving problems, and making a positive impact on people's lives. Key Responsibilities Delivering exceptional service to our members through multiple channels (phone, chat, email), providing education and guidance to help them understand their benefits and find suitable healthcare providers Following best practices for handling member inquiries, suggesting improvements as needed to ensure seamless support Maintaining a high level of organization within blithequark's platform and tools, including Zendesk and G Suite, to ensure efficient issue resolution Relaying member feedback to product and operations teams to drive improvements in blithequark's solution and enhance the overall member experience Triaging and escalating complex and urgent member care needs to ensure timely and effective support Developing and maintaining a detail-oriented working knowledge of employer health benefits and insurance to provide accurate guidance to members Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Concierge Associate at blithequark, you'll need: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field A passion for helping others, with the ability to think creatively, empathetically, and remain calm under pressure Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and concise responses to member inquiries A high level of process-orientation, digital organization, and resourcefulness to manage multiple tasks and priorities A desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing needs and priorities A commitment to blithequark's mission to improve the healthcare system and make a positive impact on people's lives Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following skills and experience can give you a competitive edge: Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related field Familiarity with healthcare benefits, insurance, and healthcare providers Experience working with CRM software, such as Zendesk, and G Suite applications A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues What You'll Gain As a Concierge Associate at blithequark, you'll have the opportunity to: Develop a deep understanding of blithequark's product, operations, and member needs, positioning you for growth within the company Build a rewarding career in a rapidly growing company with a clear mission and vision Collaborate with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about transforming the healthcare economy Enjoy a competitive compensation package, including equity incentives and benefits plans Work Environment and Culture At blithequark, we pride ourselves on our inclusive and dynamic work culture. Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this position is $19-22 per hour, depending on your qualifications, skills, and applicable laws.
