This is a great opportunity to come in as a Customer Service Representative in a fast-growing, luxury apparel company during our busy holiday season. The Role and Your Impact: The Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in managing increased customer inquiries during our busy “super bowl” season (October 2025-January 2026), ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. Your impact is significant, as you help maintain high customer satisfaction and loyalty, directly contributing to Petite Plume’s success. This is a seasonal temporary position with 20 hour work weeks, and potential to flex up in hours during our peak weeks. This role is a temporary, seasonal position and is not benefits-eligible. Assisting with customer inquiries • Answer customer inquiries via our ticketing system, Gorgias, and over the phone • Update customer records in the system, including notes about interactions Ensure customer satisfaction • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints with empathy • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude What experience you need: • High School Diploma or equivalent • Customer service experience What will make you successful: • Demonstrate ability to provide outstanding customer service • Focus on quality and attention to detail • Good time-management skills • Ability to multitask • Strong interpersonal and communication skills In addition, to succeed in this role, you will need: • A reliable computer with up-to-date software • Strong and stable Wi-Fi connection • A quiet, distraction-free workspace What's In It For You: • Petite Plume 50% employee discount • A great corporate culture with a fun team, and the ability to make a real impact in a growing company! • A great remote position at a company with unlimited growth potential and a lean organizational structure.
