We're looking for a Customer Marketing Specialist to join our team and lead strategic initiatives that engage and retain our valued customers. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our marketing, sales, and customer success teams to design and execute impactful campaigns, events, and communications that strengthen customer relationships. From crafting targeted messaging to shaping a seamless customer journey, you'll play a key role in showing our customers just how much they matter. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesCustomer Segmentation: Analyze customer data and behavior to segment the customer base effectively. Understand customer personas and preferences to tailor marketing efforts accordingly. Customer Engagement Campaigns: Develop and implement personalized marketing campaigns to engage and retain existing customers. This may include email marketing, social media campaigns, loyalty programs, and customer referral initiatives. Customer Advocacy: Encourage satisfied customers to become brand advocates. Create and manage customer referral programs, testimonials, case studies, and reviews to showcase positive experiences. Cross-Sell and Upsell: Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to existing customers. Design targeted campaigns to promote additional products/services. Customer Communication: Ensure consistent and relevant communication with customers at various touchpoints, including post-purchase follow-ups, onboarding materials, and regular updates about new features or offerings. Customer Loyalty Programs: Plan and manage loyalty programs to reward loyal customers and encourage repeat purchases. Customer Feedback and Insights: Gather customer feedback and insights through surveys, interviews, and feedback channels. Utilize the data to make data-driven decisions and enhance the overall customer experience. Performance Analysis: Track and measure the effectiveness of customer marketing initiatives using relevant KPIs. Prepare reports on campaign performance and use the insights to optimize future strategies. Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to align customer marketing strategies with broader marketing initiatives. Work closely with the customer support team to address customer concerns and resolve issues. Qualifications2+ years experience in marketing, customer service, or related roles is preferred. Basic understanding of marketing principles, customer segmentation, and customer lifecycle. Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw insights. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to customer satisfaction.
