Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and pleasant manner Utilize technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex customer issues Provide quality service to retain current customers and attract new business Mentor and train new Customer Care representatives to ensure a seamless customer experience Initiate opportunities to introduce Associated Bank products and services to existing and potential customers Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A High School diploma or equivalent Less than 2 years of experience in customer service, banking, retail, food service, insurance, or telemarketing/sales Excellent communication and problem-solving skills A willingness to learn and grow with our company Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following skills and experience can give you a competitive edge: Bilingual English/Spanish skills Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing environment Knowledge of banking products and services Skills and Competencies To excel as a Customer Care Representative, you'll need: Strong communication and interpersonal skills The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills A customer-centric approach to service A willingness to adapt to new processes and technologies Career Growth Opportunities At Associated Bank, we're committed to helping our colleagues grow and develop in their careers.
