Client Experience Advisor

To support our rapid growth and evolution, VRAI is seeking a Client Experience Advisor to join our team. This position will be responsible for ensuring unparalleled client experience, and prompt problem resolution. The ideal candidate will have a background in direct-to-consumer or start-up environments, would describe themselves as intrinsically motivated, and is excited about helping and building relationships with clients every step of the way. This is a remote position and will require weekend availability. Responsibilities Provide seamless and empathetic client support across phone, chat, text, and email while problem-solving efficiently. Maintain in-depth knowledge of VRAI’s products, policies, and services to assist clients with jewelry selection and care. Track and communicate client concerns, issues, and recommendations within the CX platform. Build and nurture client relationships beyond issue resolution. Oversee repairs, returns, shipping investigations, and made-to-order tracking while upholding VRAI’s brand values. Requirements Experience in e-commerce or retail sales with phone-based client service. Strong sales ability in a high-volume environment with excellent communication skills. Tech-savvy and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving start-up setting. High emotional intelligence, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset. Willingness to go above and beyond, including weekend availability.
