Coordinate and manage client care activities, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues.
Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
Provide clients with detailed information about Amazon’s services and offerings.
Requirements
Previous experience in a customer service or client care role is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
High level of empathy, patience, and professionalism.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
