Respond promptly to inquiries through phone, email, or online platforms. Maintain appointment calendars and ensure accurate scheduling. Provide friendly, professional customer service while representing the Destination Knot brand. Support travel specialists in the client consultation and booking process. Keep detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Previous customer service, sales, or hospitality experience is preferred. Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. Professional, positive, and client-focused attitude.
