Provide phone support and maintain professionalism towards staff and clients
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Four or more years of customer service experience
Strong problem-solving and communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and work independently
Must be a U.S. citizen and able to pass a background check and drug screening
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a call center and strong customer service and sales background
Bilingual (Spanish oral and written fluency) strongly preferred
Consistent work history with an excellent attendance record
Excellent persuasive and negotiation skills
