California Real Estate Attorney (Contract Position - Remote)
REeBroker Group is a California-based real estate brokerage looking for a dedicated Real Estate Attorney to assist with various legal assignments. We are looking for someone who is eager to gain experience in real estate law. Our team mostly operates remotely, so all work and meetings will be conducted online.
Responsibilities...
Draft and prepare legal demands related to real estate transactions
Respond to claims and complaints regarding real estate matters
Handle court filings and documentation
Provide legal counsel on real estate compliance and disputes
Assist with other real estate-related legal assignments as needed
Qualifications:
Must be licensed to practice law in California
Interest or experience in real estate law
Strong legal writing and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, email and zoom will be required
Organized and detail-oriented
Position Details:
Contract position, approximately 10 hours per week
Flexible working hours, remote work, perfect as a side job to gain more experience in real estate law
Pay: $40 - $45 per hour
