Objective of the Role This role supports Spin’s brand strategy by ensuring consistency and impact across all communications. The Brand Specialist is accountable for implementing Spin’s brand identity across every user touchpoint, while executing and coordinating branding and communication initiatives. The goal is to translate the strategy defined by the marketing team into experiences that are consistent, relevant, and culturally resonant. The Brand Specialist ensures that all brand campaigns and initiatives consistently reflect Spin’s identity and values, collaborating cross-functionally to embed brand storytelling across channels and touchpoints. Main Responsibilities Implement and safeguard brand guidelines (visual identity, tone of voice, key messaging) across campaigns, digital platforms, retail, and internal communications. Support and co-lead the execution of the annual brand plan, coordinating with Creative, Growth, Media, Communications, and Design teams to ensure timely and consistent implementation. Monitor brand application across all touchpoints, identifying and reporting improvement opportunities.Develop clear creative briefs focused on brand identity and messaging, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and consistent execution across channels. Coordinate with creative agencies, media partners, and external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables. Contribute to campaign production: digital content, social media, photo/video shoots, activations, sponsorships, BTL materials, and co-branded initiatives. Provide support in internal communications and employer branding initiatives in collaboration with Communication teams. Conduct brand audits, consolidate insights from Research teams, and perform analysis to identify opportunities to strengthen brand consistency and quality. Assist in copywriting and content review for multiple channels (app, web, social media, instore). Drive specific brand projects or initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery and clear impact. Conduct post-launch analysis to assess campaign performance and identify learnings for future initiatives. Track and coordinate brand initiatives that strengthen Spin’s positioning, including financial education, trust-building content, purpose-driven storytelling, PR collaborations, and sponsorships or events, while ensuring progress visibility, timely delivery, and cross-team alignment. Required Knowledge and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in branding, marketing, or communications. Excellent writing and communication skills in Spanish, with intermediate to advanced English proficiency. Creativity and cultural awareness to produce relevant and engaging content.
