Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our financial team here at VMG Construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts, and classifying daily transactions. This entry level role requires a basic understanding of accounting principles and some experience in bookkeeping software. The Bookkeeper will play a crucial role in supporting the financial health of the organization. Responsibilities • Conduct account analysis and balance sheet reconciliation • Assist in budgeting processes and financial forecasting • Utilize Quickbooks and similar accounting software for daily transactions and reporting • Maintain organized financial records for easy retrieval Skills • Basic understanding of budgeting practices • Ability to perform account analysis effectively • Experience using Quickbooks or other accounting software is preferred • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills If you are passionate about numbers, possess strong analytical skills, and are looking to contribute to a dynamic team, we encourage you to apply for the Entry Level Bookkeeper position.
