Biostatistics Intern

The Biostatistics Intern will contribute to projects using statistical and computational skills, while gaining insights into drug development and statistical applications in clinical trials. Responsibilities Work closely with senior-level biostatisticians on innovative statistical methodology and application related to clinical trial design and analysis Complete assigned goals and objectives that support the strategic business plan of the company Engage in dynamic team projects and present work to the Biostatistics team at the end of the internship Skills Current PhD student in Statistics, Biostatistics or a related field Detail-oriented, highly motivated and able to manage multiple tasks and able to work independently and as a team member Sufficient skills in at least one of the two programming languages: SAS or R Familiarity with clinical trial design and statistical modeling is a plus Excellent communication and collaboration skills Company Overview Genmab is a biotechnology company focused on developing fully human antibody therapeutics for the potential treatment of cancer.
