Associate Specialist Procurement- Hybrid – Amazon Store Skip to content November 11, 2025 About the position Responsibilities Collaborates with peers from other S&C Hubs to ensure knowledge sharing. Resolves issues and effectively handles requests to ensure business stakeholder and category team satisfaction. Understands category strategy roadmaps and requirements to ensure S&C processes are effectively designed. Identifies opportunities for improvement in the business stakeholder experience. Demonstrates tactical and strategic thinking in supporting the business through procurement. Manages execution of RFx projects with values up to \$5 million. Responsible for the end-to-end compliance contract management process with 3rd parties. Completes internal and external 3rd party risk assessments prior to contracting. Communicates outcomes of risk assessments and informs stakeholders about proposed mitigation strategies. Requirements Minimum 1 year of Sourcing and/or Contracting experience. Strong business acumen and knowledge of business processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Apps (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Basic knowledge of compliant sourcing and contracting processes. Strong customer service mindset. Problem solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organization skills.
