Assist and educate members, providers, or customers on products and plans through various communication channels
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in responding to inquiries and processing customer issues
Document interactions and correspondence clearly and concisely for tracking purposes
Navigate multiple systems and internal resources to address inquiries and gather plan details
Maintain knowledge of insurance terms, practices, and company products while working under direct supervision
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or GED with 1 year of experience in customer service or related experience
1 year of experience in an office-based setting or contact center environment is highly preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Technology savvy with the ability to navigate multiple computer programs and application systems
A private workspace and fast-paced internet with a hard-wired connection

Previous experience in a contact center environment
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
