Responsibilities • Support all fittings for product that falls under designated brand. • Work closely with the design team & technical design director, ensuring the product meets or achieves the desired design intent/fit, make corrections to specifications and follow customer directions to achieve desired fit and aesthetic. • Maintain and monitor factory counter sampling, tracking of approvals, style testing as needed, final specifications. • Manage the day-to-day development of product line that adheres to seasonal calendars and sourcing strategy. • Continually strive to upgrade the product without affecting the value and timeline. • Track fit sample progress on the weekly fit tracker from vendors ensuring key dates are met. • Ensure all data is accurately submitted into PLM and responsible for maintaining an up to date and accurate display of all data input. Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design, Technical Design or related field • Minimum of 1 year of technical design experience within apparel industry and/or strong internships • Able to interpret design intent • Highly motivated self-starter and collaborative team player • Strong communication, detail orientation, and follow-through skills • Proactive problem-solving and resolution oriented • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and PLM system – ideally Centric This a hybrid role, with 4 days in our NYC office NEW YORK PAY RATE: $25.00/hr - $29.00/hr At Delta Galil, we strive to hire and nurture amazing talent.
