5. Document customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
6. Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve target goals and improve service strategies.
7. Handle and resolve customer complaints in a way that builds trust and increases customer loyalty.
Requirements:
1. Proficiency in English; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Strong understanding of Apples technology and operating systems (iOS, macOS, watchOS).
3. Proven experience in customer service or technical support.
4. High school diploma; further education or certification in customer service or technology preferred.
5. Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly under pressure.
7. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Educational Qualifications:
– High School Diploma required.
– Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
– Additional certifications related to Apple products or customer service are a plus.
Experience:
– Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable, particularly within a technology-focused environment.
