Previous experience in customer service or technical support is highly desirable. Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role is a plus, but not required. Experience with Apple products (iPhone, iPad, Mac, etc.) is highly beneficial. Prior work experience in remote or virtual roles is advantageous but not necessary. Working Hours: Flexible scheduling available, with full-time and part-time opportunities. Must be available to work on weekends and holidays as required.
