This is a part-time, remote position offering a flexible schedule, allowing you to balance your work-life commitments effectively. As a Home Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for Apple customers, helping them troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with their Apple devices and services.

Responsibilities

Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner
Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system
Stay up-to-date with the latest product features and updates
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
Participate in team meetings and training sessions
