**Requirements:**
1. High school diploma required; advanced technical education or certification preferred.
2. Strong understanding of Apple products and operating systems.
3. Proven experience in a customer support role, ideally in the tech industry.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Ability to work part-time hours, primarily evenings and weekends.
6. Access to a quiet, distraction-free work environment and a reliable internet connection.
