Job Type: Part-Time Pay: $16.00 per hour Schedule: Wednesdays- Petsmart Northboro 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM & Saturdays- East Brookfield or Petsmart Northboro or Petsmart Framingham 8 AM -6 PM. Must be able to drive SCAS vehicles with a good driving record. About Us: We are a dedicated animal rescue organization committed to helping homeless pets find loving homes. We partner with local PetSmart stores to showcase adoptable animals and engage with potential adopters. Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Adoption Counselor to work at our adoption center located inside PetSmart. This is a part-time position with set hours on Wednesdays 1-8 and Saturdays 8-6. Responsibilities: Greet and assist potential adopters Match pets with appropriate homes Provide care for cats and dogs, including feeding and cleaning Maintain a clean and organized adoption area Communicate adoption policies and answer questions Complete adoption paperwork accurately Represent the rescue with professionalism and enthusiasm Qualifications: Must have a love for animals and experience handling cats and dogs Reliable transportation required Valid driver’s license Strong communication and people skills Ability to work independently Dependable and punctual Benefits: Meaningful, mission-driven work Opportunity to help animals find forever homes Friendly and pet-loving environment To Apply: Submit your resume through Indeed.
