As an Amazon Delivery Representative, you will be responsible for delivering packages to customers’ homes and businesses with a smile, ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires a high level of reliability, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will be driving a company-provided vehicle, following a predetermined delivery route, and ensuring that all packages are delivered safely and on time. You will also be responsible for maintaining the condition of the delivery vehicle, adhering to all safety protocols, and providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
Must be at least 21 years old
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs
Strong communication skills
High level of reliability and punctuality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must pass a background check and drug test
Responsibilities
Load and unload packages into the delivery vehicle
Follow a predetermined delivery route
Deliver packages to customers’ homes and businesses
Ensure packages are delivered safely and on time
Maintain the condition of the delivery vehicle
Adhere to all safety protocols
Provide exceptional customer service
