Job Description
Amazon is seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team as Delivery Associates in North Carolina. As a Delivery Associate, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service by delivering Amazon packages directly to customers’ doors. You will drive a company-provided vehicle, follow a scheduled route, and ensure that all deliveries are completed on time and in excellent condition. This role requires individuals who are self-motivated, have strong time management skills, and are dedicated to providing a positive experience for our customers.
Requirements
Must be at least 21 years old
Hold a valid driver’s license
Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs
Pass a criminal background check
Pass a drug screening
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
Load packages into the delivery vehicle
Drive the delivery vehicle safely and responsibly
Deliver packages to customers’ residences and businesses
Follow a scheduled route to ensure all deliveries are completed in a timely manner
Communicate with dispatchers regarding any issues or delays
Maintain accurate delivery and tracking information
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
