Job Description

Requirements
1. High school diploma or equivalent.

5. High-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
6. Ability to adapt to different communication styles.
7. Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
2. Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
3. Provide product and service information to customers.
4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
5. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
6. Collaborate with other team members and departments to escalate issues as necessary.
7. Continuously improve service by staying informed of updates to products and services.

Educational Qualifications
