Amazon Account Manager - Contract to Hire

About the Company: This is a full-time role for one of our internal companies, a leading e-commerce consulting and management firm specializing in helping brands scale their operations. They provide expertise in supply chain management, financial analysis, and marketing strategy to optimize and grow online businesses. With a strong focus on Amazon and direct-to-consumer sales, they help brands streamline operations, improve profitability, and achieve long-term success in the digital marketplace. Location: Philippines - Fully Remote Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities - Own end-to-end Amazon FBA & Seller Central account management, including customer service. - Conduct daily product listing checks to ensure accuracy and performance. - Respond to customer inquiries with clear, proactive communication. - Handle product replacements, refunds, and dispute negative feedback. - Analyze negative reviews at the ASIN level and implement solutions. - Monitor seller performance metrics and address issues before they escalate. - Resolve stranded inventory issues to maximize sales. Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful - 2+ years managing Amazon FBA & Seller Central accounts at a high level. - Deep understanding of Amazon policies, listings, and performance metrics. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions & data analysis). - Detail-oriented with a high sense of accountability—you own your work. - Exceptional communication skills—you anticipate problems before they arise. - Organized, efficient, and results-driven. - Bonus: Familiarity with business & accounting principles.
