AI Specialist - (Copilot / Power Automate)
Mid level AI Engineer (Power Platform, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio) • Contract Type: Contract to Hire • Visa: W2 Only, USC or GC Holder - no C2C or 1099! • Location: Remote, based out of New York • Start Date: ASAP – can start once the right talent is identified Optomi, in partnership with a leader in the IT services industry, is seeking a Mid-Senior AI Specialist with CoPilot Studio, Power Automate, and Power Platform experience to support and expand the client’s enterprise AI initiatives on a new Greenfield project! This role is a high-visibility, strategic hire with the opportunity to define best practices, deliver enterprise-grade AI applications, and help upskill the organization in intelligent automation. Must Have Skills/Requirements: • Strong Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, custom connectors) • Proven delivery of AI solutions using Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or similar M365-integrated AI tools • Experience translating business use cases into working AI agents • Working knowledge of AI and prompt engineering concepts (RAG, grounding, LLM integration) • Self-starter who can solve enterprise-level problems and articulate value/ROI • Strong communicator and collaborator – can partner with business users, not just take orders • Hands-on production experience in the last 12–24 months with AI/M365 technologies Nice to Have Skills/Requirements: • Experience working in large enterprise environments (healthcare experience a plus, not required) • Exposure to Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and Copilot integration patterns • Familiarity with AI governance and M365 security standards Apply tot his job
