Bill rate 70-75/hr We have one need to ADP Vantage skilled resource to support HCM/Payroll management functionality for Bank of the west logo. Work location is Phx or remote. Please find the JD as below • Provide support with weekly disbursement of multi-state payroll, including garnishments, benefits and taxes consistent with federal and state wage and hour laws. • Support security for Payroll/HRIS system (user setup, workflow, etc.). • Analyze, review, prepare and input payroll data using ADP payroll system. • Produce accurate and timely payrolls for multi-locations (U.S. and Canada) based on state and federal regulations and company polices. • Assist with processing employee garnishments (wage garnishments, child support and levies) on a payroll basis. • Create Ad Hoc Reporting. • Process employee withholdings for 401k provider and flexible spending accounts. • Maintain and extract accurate payroll journal entries on a monthly basis. • Assist the Human Resources Department with payroll processing data for system users. • Runs reports as needed and required from HRIS system to include consolidation of SUSA and other divisions' data from other systems. • Other tasks as assigned.
