Job Summary As an Admissions Representative, you will be responsible for recruiting qualified students for our academic programs, providing information and assistance regarding enrollment, and guiding students throughout the admissions process. You will work in a hybrid environment, combining remote and on-campus tasks, and collaborate with our team to achieve our recruitment goals. This is a dynamic and rewarding role that requires excellent communication and presentation skills, a strong consultative sales approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Recruit qualified students for college programs through outbound calls, online platforms, and in-person interactions. Provide information and assistance regarding enrollment, program offerings, and career opportunities in healthcare. Conduct interviews and schedule appointments with potential students to assess their interests and qualifications. Make outbound calls to interested prospects to follow up on inquiries and encourage applications. Assist students with the admissions process, including application submission, financial aid, and registration. Ensure compliance with governmental regulations and maintain accurate records of admissions activities. Participate in training and meetings as required to stay up-to-date on program offerings and admissions procedures. Mentor students to identify their skills and interests, and provide guidance on career paths in healthcare. Collaborate with the admissions team to achieve recruitment goals and objectives. Requirements To be successful as an Admissions Representative, you will need: A minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience. Strong consultative sales and recruiting experience preferred. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with students and stakeholders. Associate's Degree or higher required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong organizational and time management skills. The ability to work flexible hours as needed, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications We are looking for candidates with: Experience in healthcare education or a related field. Familiarity with admissions software and technology. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
