Stewart Title is a leading provider of residential and commercial title insurance. They are seeking an Administrative Assistant in their Claims Department to provide day-to-day administrative support to Lawyers and Claims Examiners, including preparing documentation, handling confidential information, and assisting with various administrative tasks. Responsibilities Preparing routine documentation and correspondence for a group of Claims Examiners and Lawyers Creating reports and tracking departmental data Handling confidential information with significant discretion and judgment Sending out and tracking couriers and express post packages Photocopying, printing and scanning documents Closing Claim files as per the closing procedures Assisting Claims Examiners with administrative support as required Incoming and Outgoing mail Answering all incoming Claims calls Other duties as assigned or required Skills 1-3 years of administrative experience Excellent verbal and written communication, customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail Effectively interacts within a team setting Resourceful nature Good computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel) advanced knowledge of Excel is required Company Overview Stewart Title is a global real estate services company.
