Here’s what you’ll be responsible for: Financial Tasks: Handle finance and accounting responsibilities in compliance with local laws and accounting policies. Calculations and Reporting: Prepare accurate calculations and reports, meticulously recording business events and documentation. Invoice Processing: Book invoices and track bank transactions. Participating in the preparation of monthly reports: Collaborate with the finance team to compile accurate and timely monthly reports. Analyze financial data and trends to identify key insights. Assisting in the month-end closing process: Work closely with accounting and finance teams to ensure smooth month-end procedures. Verify financial records and reconcile discrepancies. Contributing to the annual budgeting process: Assist in creating the annual budget by analyzing historical data and forecasting future financial needs. Collaborate with relevant departments to align budget goals. Reviewing and analyzing accounting data: Conduct regular checks to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards. Identify any deviations and recommend corrective actions. Providing active support to management: Collaborate with management to address financial challenges and make informed decisions. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is a must. Deadlines:Respect project deadlines. Timeliness is crucial, especially when dealing with financial reporting, tax filings, or audits. Deliver your work promptly and uphold our commitment to meeting deadlines. Communication:Effective communication is vital. Whether you’re collaborating with colleagues, explaining financial data, or presenting reports, clear communication ensures everyone is on the same page. Tech-Savvy:Proficiency in MS Office applications (such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is expected. Leverage these tools to streamline financial processes, create reports, and analyze data. Language Skills:As a fluent Croatian and English speaker, you’ll bridge language gaps within our global team. Clear communication in both languages enhances collaboration and understanding.
