Job Summary As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing your customer portfolios by making outbound phone calls to set up mutually agreeable payment arrangements. You'll work in a team setting at our beautiful Sunrise Acceptance Main Office, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals. This role requires a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer service background. Key Responsibilities: Manage customer portfolios by making outbound phone calls to set up payment arrangements Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues Build relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Continuously develop and improve skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred Experience in collections or finance is helpful, but not required Bilingual Spanish/English speaking; ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues Strong customer service background and a great attitude Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, with a commitment to doing the right things and serving customers Basic math calculations and good computer skills; ability to learn and use new software applications Willingness to learn and promote a team environment Ability to work a five-day workweek Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment Knowledge of finance and collections industry trends and regulations Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools What We Offer: At Sunrise Acceptance, we're committed to providing a competitive compensation package and benefits that support your well-being and career growth.
