The Account Executive will play a critical role in growing our business by developing new relationships and managing existing accounts. Requirements
Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Responsibilities
Identify and generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Present Yelps value proposition to potential clients, tailoring presentations to the needs of each client.
Manage and track your sales pipeline using our CRM system.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
